Who we are: Network Dogs, Ltd. has been serving the Portland, Oregon computer network community since 2000. We support a variety of small businesses from law firms to home office users. Company founder, Gregg Kelyman, has over ten years experience in computer networking, and is one of the first 500 people worldwide to have been certified in Microsoft Windows 2000.
